So much of what was discussed in the interview was extremely misleading. The amount of investment reps pay up front was ridiculous. The amount of travel was beyond what was told to me in the beginning. The pay was super low. The reps that had been with the company prior to 2020 must be making a different commission rate. People who have been hired since 2020 have a very high turnover rate. The reason why is the pay is too low for the amount of work, travel and time that it takes. When I did the math, I barely made minimum wage. They are not honest with you when they hire you about the different commission percentages. I am a very experienced and seasoned sales professional, yet I was never able to make any money. Sales support took a long time to get back to you, which resulted in many customers taking their frustration out on me. Product is not very high quality and has many issues. The installers were not professional and I was continuously apologizing. It was just a sale step factory of hiring and quitting. Only the company benefits. It was a very frustrating experience and a waste of my time.
