For the tech side, this is a sweat shop. Be ready to work hard. They pay average, sometimes above average if you're qualified. Expect to have coworkers (your manager) above you resign due to stress, Then you will be promoted and deal with the extreme stress of a "down" situation. They are understaffed and most of their employees are "newbies" with only less than 1 yr experience in the IT field.
