Hearing that you felt unable to support a family on your wages is difficult, and we appreciate your honesty regarding the impact of our merit process. You also raised concerns about the anonymity and consequences of internal feedback. We want to acknowledge that this perception matters. We recently made changes to our Inker feedback process, including transitioning to a new survey platform with strengthened anonymity safeguards. These include minimum response thresholds before results are shared and limitations designed to prevent individual attribution. While no system is perfect, we intend to ensure feedback can be shared safely and used constructively.
