Going Through Changes - Recensione dipendente - Production Artist presso Custom Ink

Thank you for your review. We value constructive criticism! It’s created much of what we have today in terms of our roles, processes, communication and environment. True to that spirit, change at Custom Ink is a constant and sometimes that means we don’t always get it right the first time. As a General Manager, I personally value listening to the team and my goal is to visit each site once a quarter to do that in person. I usually host an open forum and to do something fun, like a team lunch or happy hour to visit and catch up! On top of that Inkers have weekly one-on-one meetings, bi-weekly team meetings, and regular open forums on specific topics. After each quarterly team survey we create detailed action plans based on the team’s feedback. To the reviewer, my door is always open.
