The company is growing, flexible, team oriented, & busy.

The only con is that the office space is small.

four tens schedule and that is about it.

overworked, underpaid, undervalued, management will give you task that are impossible to complete and if you do complete it the reward is more work. and if you don't the reward is more work and you get reprimanded.
