Very people oriented Like I have never seen a company care about the employees like this one does. The perks are fantastic and I am able to comfortably sustain myself at the current time.

Everything can be down or up side depending on what you're looking for. The perks

Drive to different customers daily. Have a company vehicle that can be driven all the time and all expenses for it is paid by the employer. The people I work with and my direct management make working there very pleasant.
Svantaggi
The company has been uncertain with service and growth in the most recent months. There are not regular pay increases happening. Have been with the company for 17 years and making about what I should have been 12 years ago.

Pros? I guess you get paid. It's a job. There's a company car ... but -technically- you shouldn't use it for personal business. So, even the 'benefits' have-a-catch. And that's how this company rolls.
Svantaggi
Unappreciated sacrifices are expected. Minimal pay, limited advancement, and capped-out compensation. After 17 years this company did not even ATTEMPT to prevent me from leaving. A scheduled 'exit interview' - never happened. I have a college degree and 25+ years in this industry ... after I 'irritated' management ... I became an 'outcast'. This company is driven by 2 major companies (WalMart & Fuji) that are ruthless and don't care about people. Travel for my particular job became EXCESSIVE. But, pay never increased. Get this: After 17 years I was making less than $5k more than WHEN I STARTED! Based on inflation - my pay WENT DOWN! Benefits continued to erode. Yet, management thought they were 'right sizing' -or- offering adequate compensation for the increased workload. "Discretionary PTO" -or- "Unlimited time off" means: You have no accrued vacation and time-off can be declined by managers. VERY disingenuous. Deception and money seem to be the only motivating factors for upper management. This company will respond below ... and it will be sugar-coated lies. The turnover at this company is horrific ... yet, management stays the same. I left for a reason. And I cannot even BEGIN to express my distaste for how I was treated as this company became EXCESSIVELY MOTIVATED BY MONEY ALONE. Middle managers aren't compensated fairly either, BTW. If they didn't get to work 35 hour work weeks ... most of them would leave too. In closing, I was one of the first 50 people hired by this company. I wasn't treated like they appreciated my longevity and experience. I helped them grow. They didn't care. I had 5+ managers in my 17 years -- I had to continually 'prove' myself ... as-if I was a 'new' employee. So, this company has a tendency to hire the wrong people. Have I said enough yet? In closing, compensation was inadequate considering inflation and cost-of-living. They know it ... and can't do anything about it because WM and Fuji are the major accounts. This company exists in continual fear of losing those two accounts and not being able to pay-the-bills. I thought I could hang-on until retirement ... but I had to leave. No one from the 'executive team' attempted to contact me when I left... and I have known 2-3 of them for over 15 years. So -- b/c I 'ruffled-their-feathers' and constantly pointed-out the hypocrisy they were probably happy to see me go. Sad. Remember, they'll sugar-coat this below and make a feeble attempt to justify their actions and apologize ... but it won't change a thing.
