None, unless you don't like learning different aspects of the company and working as a close-knit team with a shared goal of success. Please remember when reading the few negative comments about the company that there will always be disgruntled employees that leave bad reviews but they won't be forthcoming about attendance issues and other poor work habits. The good thing about this company is those employees stick out like a sore thumb and they usually work themselves out.
