they hire you and try to hype you up about making 200k plus. I was already from the industry and sold the same products for years and they slow played me. They make you show up at office every am at 8 am for basically nothing. Too much entry level role playing and waste of time daily. The leads were bad, I didn’t pitch one lead in nearly a month there. All leads were one legged or no shows one after another of fake leads. They also will make you double up on leads too long which wastes ur time as well. After working with multiple home improvement companies this one is one of my least favorite. Its basically a 1099 job but they make it w2 to control you not my style. If you are a true entrepreneur this company sucks!!
