In office everyday - although all work is done online, management is STRICT about being anti-work from home. You are not allowed to work from home at all, and can even get in trouble if you wish to do so, yet time off is barely approved. No path to success - management cannot tell you how or when you'll be able to progress within the company Poor culture, management expects you to work above and beyond with no incentive to do so. The CEO often makes ignorant comments about inclusivity, working from home, sports, etc. Time off is NOT unlimited - it is often scrutinized / you'll hear negative comments or feedback when you want to take sick time or have time off. Time off is blocked off for months at a time (you cannot travel in August or November at all)
