You work long hours, for little reward. Cvent do not pay their employees what they worth, especially if you were promoted internally. They don’t value you at all, which was proven by the way they treated me when I left. The UK HR resource is cold and lacks any empathy or competence - just what you need in a HR person! You’ll get micromanaged and be undervalued and underpaid.
