Easy to get selected if you have good communication skills. The interviewer can be easily taken for a ride as they lack knowledge. Can shine if and only if you belong to the 'special group' . About 5% of the people are running the show like a circus while the other people are made to act like jokers. Good for fresher's but should not spent more than 2 years here. US management is much better as compared to their Indian counterpart.

Too much internal politics. Few people with little or no knowledge are running the show. You can get away by doing little or no work if you belong to the special 'group'. No respect for employees and there is always a tendency to back stab. No feedback policy for the seniors. The HR is a mere spectator hand in glove with the managers.
