It's worst consultancy in noida sector 63. They are taking original documents time of joining just behalf of 3 months notice period. When you want to left the consultancy after serving 90 days NP ,they will not return your original documents. There are many targets for salary. Intially they will hired you for internal hiring after external hiring. There are unnecessary deduction in salary. If you want spoil your career then you can go there. I work there for 6 months they never return my documents.

Totally bad experience with organization. They just making fool to the employees.

If someone is really want to learn all end to end recruitment process better place to learn. Like recruiting , Head hunting and Screening Resumes.

To much Sports related activities for employer but i don't think so It's count as a cons.
