Growing fast which causes some growing pains but they always work towards making things better.

- Decent flexibility and benefits - Good immediate managers

- Owned by private equity so no long term vision beyond making the quarterly profits look good so they can sell - Cyber Advisors bought our company and completely botched the transition/integration to the point where it was difficult to do our day-to-day tasks. - Aggressive and poorly thought out cost-cutting measures - Additional acquisition of companies without any real plan for integration - Poor leadership and values - Incompetency
