Growing fast which causes some growing pains but they always work towards making things better.

Growing company that allows for flexible work environment. Decent benefits, and people are generally friendly/easy to work with.

Pay used to be good, now a 1-2% annual raise is the standard. Room for growth is there, but limited. PTO structure leaves room to be desired. Ever since getting purchased by PE firm, the small company feel is gone and so has much of the culture.
