8yWe highly value each and every single employee and potential employee. Without our most valuable asset's, our employees, nothing else matters. Thank you for providing your perspective. Upon seeing this for the first time, I immediately sought the details. You were not an employee. There was no offer of employment extended. The "Battery of tests" you spoke of consisted of asking for a writing sample because you were being considered for a very high level position supporting a government officials. You did speak to an interviewer and the discussion was that you appeared qualified for the position, your salary requirement was above what we could offer, however, we would ask the customer if we could get a higher rate. The customer declined. You were submitted to us through a third party. We don't use third party recruiting agencies often. If this was not communicated back to you in a timely fashion, I deeply apologize. We will ensure that our communications are better if we use recruiting agencies again.
