Basically everything which is said in negative opinions here is the truth. Overall startegy of the company is to squiz you out at the cheapest cost possibile. You will end up working evenings, weekends and even on holidays..without any appreciation whatsoever, is considered the standard here. The company is saving the cost wherever possibile, which sadly means employees. HR focus is higher management and the culture is highly authorative, don’t try to have different opinion that your manager, best case senario, you will be told off, worst case you will be sacked. HR has no intention to help you, they just want to keep the management happy. The management can’t do or say wrong, they are being well protected. Don’t try to be honest neither, if you want to stay in the game you need to learn the politics. No onboarding, no direction, no feedback and no suport from upper management, you are on your own. Even peer suport is a struggle with everyone declining responsability which makes even smallest task a ridiculous battle. Lies, empty promises are to be expected. There is no intention to help you grow and develop, no career path, no succession plan. Basically, you are not their concern.
