Force to come to work if sick and no PTO. No option to take the day off and go unpaid. If you don’t come in due to being sick management can make you take leave without pay for a mandatory 40 hours! No work from home policy ( which in house recruiter stated there will be 1 day a week WFH) lack of transparency. Management uses scare tack ticks on younger, less experience workers. No company morale. Benefits suck.
