- Office structure (layout has no regard for autonomy or privacy) - President took over her late husband and is a micromanager - Poor work environment - High turnover rate - 8 to 5 strict. can come earlier or leave later but you get talked to if you come in literally 60 seconds after 8, or if you go 2 minutes above your 10 minutes allotted time for a break at 10am and 3pm, you will get reprimanded. - on boarding is by far the worst i've seen at any company. 3 days of working here and all i did was browse their website and "shadow"
