I recently worked at Identity and Access Solutions, which has since been rebranded as Cyber Solve. Unfortunately, my time there was less than satisfactory and I feel compelled to share my experience. Firstly, my time at the company felt like a waste. The tasks assigned to me lacked purpose and direction, leading to a feeling of unproductiveness throughout my tenure. One of the most frustrating aspects was the unnecessary extension of our training period for a whole year. This decision was made without any clear justification, leaving me and my colleagues bewildered and demotivated. Moreover, the work-life balance at Identity and Access Solutions, now Cyber Solve, was abysmal. Despite the extended training period and the lack of meaningful work, the compensation offered was far from competitive, leaving me feeling undervalued and underpaid. In conclusion, my experience at Identity and Access Solutions, now Cyber Solve, was marked by wasted time, unnecessary training extensions, and a poor work-life balance. I hope that the company takes these concerns seriously and works towards creating a more positive and rewarding environment for its employees.
