1. Racist Swedish colleagues & managers. If you are not a Swede or are dark skinned, you are treated as nothing. 2. Swedish colleagues were found to be low-skilled and of lower intellect. Most of the actual work seemed to be out-sourced. 3. If you are a non-Swede, you are made to work like a mule, while Swedes work strictly 8 hrs a day. 4.
