1. The company doesn't profit from their product rather makes profits from the employees by taking up their weekends, lawfully public holidays, and extended working hrs on weekdays.

1. Zero work-life balance. They will make you work on weekends, public holidays and extend your working hrs on weekdays without any comp off or pay. 2. The worst work environment ever. 3. They are blood-sucking parasites who thrive on the suffering of their employees. 4. The HR and the management team are extraordinarily unprofessional and a bunch of liars. 5. Nothing new or exciting for a tester to learn or enhance their skill set. 6. Making their employees work on weekends and public holidays is not an occasional event. It's their habit. It has been for a stretch of months and to make it worst if there's no much task on a weekend they will ask employees to be on stand-by.
