Worst run recruitment company, all based on politics with long standing members. one big biller who sit on an account. the business had a real direction early last year but they got rid of everyone because of internal politics. I am so so sure that all positive reviews are fake as I know everyone that has left feels the same

What stood out most was the autonomy I was given to run my own desk while still having support when I needed it. The management team genuinely invested in my development and encouraged a proactive, commercial mindset. There was a strong culture of collaboration, and the leadership team celebrated success without losing sight of personal growth. I left Cyberteam a better recruiter than when I started, and with some great memories and strong professional relationships.
