HR Manager will speak in sugar coated words for making their side safe, and if you are stearn in your decision they will treat you as an enemy. Policies are necessary thing for an IT company but it has to be in employees favour and it needs eligible people to explore. They will fire you at anytime without any information.

-Good ambiance. -Friendly employees. -Good cleaning staff. -At technopark. -AC is good. -Self learn -20 word limit reached.

- False promises at the time of interview by HR. HR try to lure talent using these false promises such as timely increment of package, many projects in the pipeline for 3 years etc.(sigh). - Bond of two years for freshers. On top of that deduction of 3K from salary for 2 years. Senior employees gets salary in installments. - Nonprofessional Management. - Come at sharp 9:00 am. If you are late by even 5 minutes, don't be surprised to see a deduction in salary at the end of the month. - Indifferent culture of the management. - Job security- NIL.(Read lack of projects) - Never felt like a startup. - Guys just pass this. You deserve much better. And just be aware that the good reviews here are just the bribed ones.
