In every company there are internal politics. But you can find its worst condition in CYBOSOL. The CMP and his team play very bad politics and make the work environment very pathetic. They have despise to all other employees other than their team. They thought that they know all things but you can easily understand that it’s all show off. The main job of the CMP is to mail the top management that the old employees are not very good and their work is not worth. Unfortunately our top management also forgets all the good works and efforts done by old employees and blindly believes these crooked peoples. Their plan is to layoff all the old employees and make sure that only the people they referred are working in CYBOSOL.The main example of this is their focus on complain about the network, finance and HR team in every reviews put by CMP teams.

Every day with tea you will get free snacks. You can enjoy the beauty of phase 3 campus. Management have good vision but couldn't execute due to lack of experienced HR team.

Your career will be go down because you will not get anything to learn from here. As there is not enough projects you will be idle for long time and will become lazy. These peoples doesn't know how to run an IT company. Every success company will have well talented HR team, but here it is really pathetic. HR Manager will speak in sugar coated words for making their side safe, and if you are stearn in your decision they will treat you as an enemy. Policies are necessary thing for an IT company but it has to be in employees favour and it needs eligible people to explore. They will fire you at anytime without any information.
