No respect from your manager even your colleagues, if you are Polish, you will be okay, other races? Hell no. You will be working as a donkey and no one will recognize your hard work, as my manager said, that's why you get the pay cheque every two weeks :) This company have the least job security, as they fire people every week, shop floor or office employees, so you have to be working very hard to try to get yourself out of the list. Health benefit is bad, company will reimburse your medical / dental expense, not from an insurance company, and it would take at least a month to get the reimbursement, unless you are Polish then you probably will get it in two weeks. HR is not following the rules, Carolina will fire you without notice, and she will not provide any package to you, so you will have to find out yourself and then ask her, she may give you the minimum number, so don't be afraid to ask what you deserve.

- Free sausages during summer once a week - 44 hour work week with set hours. - Diverse. A lot of different cultures. This company hires immigrants by the masses.

Svantaggi

- Poor benefits - Very little pay - No opportunity for growth, raises, etc. They will not give you new challenges or opportunities/training. They will squeeze everything they can out of every employee until they leave the company, hire new workers and repeat. - Too fast-paced, too much pressure for the amount of pay you get - Not a good work environment. From top level management down to program managers, they have no clue how to truly lead and create a positive environment to work in. Nobody is motivated and most people are miserable. Why would anyone want to work harder when they get no appreciation, no increased compensation, and constantly hear complaints, even though people are genuinely trying their best. - Carcinogens and hazardous materials are present in the air at certain plants. Poor health and safety.
