Everyone in the company are actually dedicated to its success, and are very pleasant to work with. The organizational culture is very open to review, and everything is happening with a lot of transparency. From a software engineer's point of view, there are a variety of highly complex technical challenges that make it interesting to work on

The speed of innovation is fast and it is a place where you are constantly learning new things.

      There are lot of processes in place and some of these need to be simplified in order to make it easier for the field sellers. Sometimes, it is also difficult to get resources due to critical resources in different time zones and dependence on these resources for certain product capabilities.
