Poor staff support Poor sick pay 4/year- then you are doomed. There is no entitlement if you have pre-existing condition. Staff burnout is frequent. You need to be robust to survive in this company. Whistleblowers are ousted. Staff is a number- if you are sick, you will be knocked off & a replacement will be found. It is a pity they use health care delivery as a business. Just milking from the NHS but it is not Cygnet’s problem Poor staff welfare Hierarchical structure It is a business, so profit for shareholders is the focus

Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
