Poor staff support Poor sick pay 4/year- then you are doomed. There is no entitlement if you have pre-existing condition. Staff burnout is frequent. You need to be robust to survive in this company. Whistleblowers are ousted. Staff is a number- if you are sick, you will be knocked off & a replacement will be found. It is a pity they use health care delivery as a business.
