Their business practices are predatory and from an employee perspective they do not pay competitively. An overworked and poorly staffed department is constantly dropping the ball. Therapist are overworked and underappreciated. I used to really enjoy my coworkers but turnover is high here and by the time I left, I did not have any people I felt any connection with. This is not a career defining place, you will be stuck in a dead end job at a sinking company being underpaid and undervalued. I would never recommend them as an employer and I would definitely never recommend them to anyone looking for mental health support.
