Working at Cyient feels nothing less than being stuck in a corporate jail. There is zero freedom, not even the basic privilege of keeping your phone. Forget about work-life balance — no leaves, no flexibility, nothing. There is absolutely no salary increment, no growth, no motivation. The systems are overloaded with unrealistic, variable tasks that make the job even more stressful. The management is one of the worst you can imagine — clueless, unresponsive, and completely disconnected from employees. To top it all, the work location is literally on the roadside, making the entire experience even more miserable. In short, Cyient is a place where your energy, time, and patience get drained, and you receive nothing valuable in return. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who respects their mental peace or career growth.
