      No pros as of now I did not find anything interesting

      1) they delpoy you to client and leave rest to you there's no follow up no frequent connects with employee with manager 2) for every single leave we have to justify and per quarter you can't take more than 5 3) for every sick leave you have to attach doctors prescription

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
