Doesn’t care about employees - Recensione dipendente - Mechanical Engineering Design Drafter presso Cyient

Company doesn’t care about employees that stay with the company over 10 years. Promised a paid 2 week sabbatical. Didn’t get it. More PTO. Didn’t get it. Key to pay is to start out at a high rate because you only get .25 cent raises. Upper management is a joke. They lay-off the people that need to keep there job because they have a family & have been a loyal employee for over a decade. But keep the employees that are single with no family & only been there a lot less time. Would not recommend this company for anybody. They have lost a lot of people to Pratt & Whitney since I’ve been there & they don’t seem to care.
