I contributed 4-1/2 years to the company. Raises and promotion titles never aligned. In that timeframe, I earned a total of $5.13 in raises, my first raise being valued at only 36 cents. I contributed to various projects and pieces within the telecommunications business unit. I would even perform tasks outside of my duties, just to help our team. Many of my efforts were never noticed at levels beyond my direct managers and team members. I was furloughed in November 2022 and despite this unfortunate event, I can confidently say that during my time here, I developed many skills that opened doors to better opportunities.
