Training is poor. Leadership is poor. Managers lack people skills. Owners dont have a clue, managers pass on responsibility and lack knowledge of whos working hard and who isnt. Focus on all negatives instead of positives. I was amazed and the lack of knowledge across the board. HR never get your pay correct. Health & safety is lacking severly.
