Management's decisions effect bonuses. Base pay is below average and they try to justify it with no cap on bonuses, that some years dont come through because of managements decisions. Management style is very hostile and wide use of fear mongering is employed. You will work many holidays, weekends, and nights, and when doing installs will have to work very excessive hours without support from management. 100+hour weeks are not unheard of. Although they dont directly say it, you are expected to work overtime when you are not traveling as well, and will actually tell you something if you only have 40 hrs on your time sheets.
