Improvements needed with communication. The effort is there, but the execution is not consistent.

I worked here for over 2.5 years and it was such an amazing experience. I could not recommend this job more, especially for a student. They have flexible hours and you get a free shift meal. The management is amazing and the staff is so kind.

You have to get used to the residents getting angry sometimes, not all but some. Once you are adjusted and learn how to fix the problems that occur for them they won't snap at you.
