Favouritism of staff present, promotions and opportunities only offered to favourite staff regardless of how hard you work. Staff turnover high, most people only stay for one or two years then move on. Lack of support by management when asking for help. Training very poor as some staff prefer to keep their knowledge to themselves, rather than train others. Some staff very rude and will sit and whisper about others behind their desks.
