Unfortunately I have moved on from recruitment in verbal however the environment was superb. Excellent pay, very flexible on giving you what you need. Overall, very understanding directorship. They have done things for employees that is unheard of elsewhere - supporting them outside of work not just within. Great atmosphere, great team, personalised managers and very good pay packages. Also it is the most un-kpi workplace in sales and recruitment - this is known across the industry about D R Newitt. Which is why people have stayed for 15+ years.

The amount of people that leave after having a stinking attitude and not trying, that then leave a negative review. This would infuriate us and we’d always know who!

Could be a little more regimented with meetings, KPIs and business plans. Feel like the goal posts sometimes change with the business strategy - but I guess it is working so far!
