Well organized, timely pay, company email address, corporate Zoom account, essentially you feel like a valued full-time employee but with contractor status.

Pathway from contractor to full-time is not clear, they make you state what your hourly pay range is during interview (so come with that prepared), hours each week can be highly variable based upon the project you are working on, no benefits (healthcare, etc.) available for contractors.

Working at d'Vinci was fun. The people are friendly and talented. The projects are varied and interesting. Dress is casual and hours are flexible.

Development and projects are messy and painful to maintain. There are no standards and the amount of technical debt acquired over the years is TREMENDOUS. Everyone is undervalued and underpaid.
