Unfortunately, poor management has been a consistent issue. There is a lack of clear direction and communication from leadership, which can lead to frustration and inefficiency.
Saw it all here? Like being in the work house. Saw grown men reduced to tears by the director Dan Drogman whose management style is to intimidate and bully his staff. Saw others being promised a better life, left their countries with their families to join the company and then booted out 24 hours later.
