* Salaries are so low that it’s truly an embarrassment for a company of D2L’s stature * Commission structure makes no sense * Benefits haven’t kept up with inflation - no top up option offered * Extreme chaos if you are in sales, other departments simply won’t answer your inquiries meaning it takes weeks to get back to clients
If you are required to travel for D2L be prepared to pack granola bars and snacks from home (yes, I was advised to do this before), per diem is $50 per day even when you are being asked to travel to New York City for example. They will even have the audacity to deduct $15 from this amount if "lunch" is provided at the conference…mind boggling levels of cheapness at this company.
