Many people believe that only disgruntled employees leave comments on Glassdoor - I assure you that's not the case here. Just an unvarnished description of my experiences. Senior management is strong though risk averse. Strong Java shop (for Omaha). Most of the engineers are over 35 so much older crowd.

Engineers lack the inspirational creativity you'd find in a strong West Coast or East Coast shop. Says a lot about Omaha. Middle management doesn't really do anything - constantly late, micromanagement, contradictory orders. Politics and flattery are the primary way the middle managers get ahead. Lots of racism. Company prides itself on being "fintech" when it's really a "hey we can build you a fancy GUI because you can't". Arbitrarily implement Agile (they don't know what they're doing).
