The location is beautiful and a short trip away from the beach. Our office was comfortable and honestly felt fun at times. Everything always felt so casual. Most staff were affable and I even consider some of them as close friends to this day. Every department outside tech seemed to be fantastically managed. We also got offered a lot of little perks.

Perks are not a replacement for proper salary. Ocean City is not a high cost of living area but it's not exactly cheap either.
Our development team was all over the place. Some wanted to learn, some wanted to pretend it's still 2008. No one ever agreed on anything.
We constantly took on too many clients that would make too many demands. Deadlines would often feel unrealistic and we would have to rush. Coupled with abysmal salary, the pay no longer felt worth it.
