With a 45 year history you would think that the company has a strong brand presence throughout North America but that has not been the case until just recently. Flying under the radar has proven to be extremely fruitful for the company and we are finally on the verge of really big things! Some great things about working at DAC Group: 1. Just like every company, DAC Group has some negative aspects that the Senior Management team is continuously trying to improve upon. These cons include: 1. An unknown brand - selling new business can be difficult because our brand is still new in the marketplace. 2. Long hallways - being an international digital agency, DAC Group has offices across North America and is expanding throughout Europe. As a result, sometimes the people you need for support are in a different office, or even a different country. 3. Growing pains - because of the growth we have experienced in the last 3-4 years, there are some pains that have been experienced.
