The culture is as bad as any I can imagine. They preach how they're special and care about people, but nothing could be further from the truth. Even their mantra on talent - "Geeks with Personality" - is hugely insulting, but they still hold it up as some kind of badge of honor. That's how incomprehensibly tone-deaf the "leaders" of this company are. Anyone who is a geek is not expected to have a personality? (Personality means unbridled avarice in this company, in case you were wondering.) Nepotism, misogyny, and prejudice are accepted as norms. I personally heard blatant examples of all of them from leadership on a regular basis. Senior leadership rules through fear and gaslighting people into making them feel less than and incapable of ever leaving. They will strip mine all of the value from your professional being and then discard you as soon as it's convenient for them. Stay away. There are so many better options out there for you. I cannot fathom why anyone would choose to work for this company.
