When I started at DAC I made it clear I was looking for a place that was willing to invest in me and my career as much as I was willing to invest and I definitely found that here. I have had the opportunity to move up on the team from an Account Executive, to an Account Lead and now to an Account Manager with the help and support from my direct managers. The culture is also very team oriented which I really enjoy! Everyone is always willing to help each other out, collaborate and share in celebrating each other's success.

Sometimes the hours can be a bit long trying to meet deadlines and requests, every day can be different based on the needs of our clients which is to be expected! Luckily, other team mates are always willing and able to assist if help is needed.
