Absolutely the most immature, micromanaging, and condescending management I’ve ever experienced. Favoritism on full display with narcissistic bosses who boast record company progress while doling out mediocre or non-existent quarterly “bonuses” - no upward mobility. I once sat wide-eyed in a mandatory afternoon meeting as senior management presented a PowerPoint tearing into individual employees from a competitor - even making fun of one employee’s community college background. Truly embarrassing behavior, reminded me of being in a sorority I never asked to join.

Unfortunately I can’t speak to some of the points you listed as not being there but I can speak to bonus and promotions. DAC has regularly paid profit sharing and this year we moved to a variable bonus program. We proudly just shared details of that bonus to our employees. While there are many companies who haven’t been able to share bonuses, we are again sharing monies with our staff who have worked hard to help make DAC successful. And DAC promoted 40%+ of employees last year and we anticipate that number to increase this year.
