The benefits attract you, but the salary offered is low. Minimal pay increase each year. No bonus offered. No room for growth. Late office hours 9to 6, that are strictly enforced. No flex hours or summer hours offered. Entire office must go to lunch at the same time 12 to 1. Each dept. Consist of teams of 3 people. Unfortunately not everyone on the team is a team player and continues to be employed & part of the "team" . Not a friendly work environment. Cultural differences that will never change. Ratio of Male to female employees 2:1. If you speak korean you'll fit right in. But if you do not it may leave you feeling uncomfortable most times as that is the language most used in the office.

If you like working for a company that allows employees to embezzle money, lie through their teeth and scam you then you found the right place.

Svantaggi

If you are not Korean or at least male, you have no chance of success. Certain people are favored and the rest are treated like garbage. You're expected to work 24/7 without thanks or compensation.
