DAI is a very solid and well-oiled machine that knows how to implement USG projects catering to USAID while giving their teams the liberty to do the programmatic work that needs to be done. Very smart and caring people both in the field and in HQ.

With so many systems and policies in place, sometimes it can be hard to navigate them so a smart and caring backstopping team is critical. Unfortunately, folks who are backstopping in HQ do not always have field experience hence are less capable of providing the support in the shape or form that is needed.
