Your reporting manager does(At least you will hope so). 2.If he/she is from different ethnicity god bless even if you launch a rocket it will go unnoticed. 3.Most of them sitting at top positions were born into the company. They prefer people of their ethnicity even if you are a poor performer. 4.Politics at the cost of performance of the team
