Might be the worst dealership I’ve worked for, and that says a lot. Long hours and they don’t pay you for flushes/services sold. It’s on a “point” system in which if you don’t get enough surveys - you get no money. I departed from the company mid month and later found out they just keep your commission check since “a full 30 day month” was not completed. This was a first for me! That’s pretty sad and petty of a dealership. $400 a week salary and work 50+ hours. Horrible place to be. Management is terrible and don’t assist with anything. Manager plays favorites and will talk badly about the other employees. Service director doesn’t leave his office and can’t ever answer a question as he’s clueless.
